I have lost USD 34000+ by trading online on Marketssoft.com . Their account manager Mr Joshua Brooks who was managing my account is not reachable . All their landline phone numbers from which they called are redirected back without any reply or any human interface. Once their Senior Account Manager Mr David Morgan and promised to revert but never reverted. Out of usd 36000 invested, there is only usd 2430 which is balance, which too is not being returned by Microssoft.com
How did you get yourself out from this?
well this is so true I lost 500$ as well once your Equity is lower then they disappear I have been requesting them for my account manager but there is no phone call from 2weeks and they are operating manually that’s true when you see your profit is getting high there will be glitch in the system which means you can’t click to sale or buy so what ever you have opened trade that has to go under there profit not your once your balance get to 4$ dollar they will stop calling you because you can not make any trade with 4$ dollar so please guys stay away from these basted before you open your account please check it everything about that company and if there is any online trading company be advise don’t go for broker traders because they are fraud
in my opinion they are fraud as i invest $250 initial amount and get profit and loss but balance remain same and as i invested more after 01 week market observation it going up and down but as i invested more market never come up for last 10 days . i suppose it manually operated and just generate loss for client and push him to deposit more other wise you will due to short of margin amount and same happen to me.
it better to avoid such fraudulent people and brokers

My broker from MarketsSoft is Paul Morris. He is the expert scammer. First I told him I just want to try usd 500 using AI to trade for me. But he will give u some sweetener as he will guide u to do 1-2 trading and let u win 10-20%. He will make appt for next day and told u that he has fantastic news abt forex and crude oil. With his guidance u will win. So I bank in another usd 5000. He guides me and let me win 10% around 1hr. He will tell u that many clients need him, he is very busy. Make appt another day. This day I pump in another usd 4000. Then he guides me to invest more forex & commodities. And after few minutes, loss occurs abt usd2000, he will help get the promotion of usd 2000 to help my loss here if I pump in another usd 6000. Here he will guide u to open more positions. Big losses happens very fast, so he will need u to pump in more money for margin call and assure u it will recover shortly base on news. Next day, I have to pump in another usd5000 for margin call in order not to lose my capital. And bigger loss continues, he advised me to pump in another usd15000, I told him I have no more money. Then he explains the bottom statement to me, they will force close if not enough margin and their office will keep calling me to TOP up. Here I recall past few days’ incidents and trust that I got scam.

It sounds exactly like my experience, but the guy had a different name. I think they use random names to convince people, Also I realisised when you notice something is wrong and request to speak to the manage, the same call centre agents calls you pretending to be the Manager and tries to convince that you have to send them the deposit acknowledgment form. This I refused because on it, it reflected the amount I had deposited, then another sentence mentioned you have to accept that you have received all their service. I refused to sign the form and I am now busy fighting with my bank for charge-back

i was also called by this broker Marketssoft and i already paid the amount 250 USD. at first the lady said its automatic trading nothing to do its AI activated. but later i was ask to go to bronze or silver account and pay 2500 USD so he can assists an account manager for trading. Hi, it’s too late when I read all the negative comments about MARKETSOFT.COM. I also got scam just today I can’t withdraw my money anymore. Same as you I also send my Bank card picture, ID and passport. SONYA and STEVEN HOFFMAN they are the one keep calling me. Today Feb 28, 2020 got a call from MarketsSoft lady broker named K Smith and she tried to convince me to invest $500 today but somehow I was not convinced and thought doing some research work on MarketsSoft. Thankfully, after reading all these reviews, i am alerted.

Today in the morning i received a call from marketssoft lady broker (don’t remember the name). She told me that i can start with USD 250/=. She was really insisting me to make the payment immediately while i was on the conversation with her. Since i use my debit card for payments, i told her that i need to deposit money into my account as there is no sufficient funds in my card. She asked me to deposit money online and make the payment. As i wanted to do my homework to study more about them, i told her that i will make the payment once the money is being deposited but she still wanted me to fill up the payment form with my credit card details which i did not do.
Luckily i found these reviews in my online research about marketssoft.

I have upgraded my account just now and now I’m reading all these comments. I tried to withdraw my money but it says it’s not verified. So far I can see my money in my account but to withdraw I need to verify first and for that I want to give them the documents and my credit card details both front and back .. which is totally not good no company asks for your card details. This made me think twice to do the trade but now I can’t get my money coz it’s with them under my Trading account

MARKETSOFT is the biggest SPAM company ever!!!
1. With the first call. they will ask you to add 250$ and they will promise you that you will have an account manager who will be helping you and providing all the information.
2. Then they will call and ask you for more 250$ for their help, otherwise, they can’t help you.
3. So once you already add your 500$, they will call you and you will start with the trading.
4. The first 2 trades will be in profit for around 200$ more or less and you are happy and excited, then you are receiving another call that will be perfect if you can ADD more money to your account. Even that was your last money and you are not in the position to add more they will push you and push you to add more.
5. They will ask you to join Webinar and your listening and trading same as MS. Kristy Leroy will do, and once you are doing that you are taking profit from one trade and you are loosing from another one and you don’t know what to do next because she will say one hour finished and will not explain what you need to do. Once you will talk to her because you are not a BIG MONEY PLAYER or you are just beginner, she will ask you to add 1000$ so she can help you not losing all your money. Once I told her I don’t have, she told me: ” You don’t have a credit card?, or maybe you can take\barrow from someone and I will be able to help you”
6. Once you can’t add more next step it’s losing money. Your Account account manager will call you and tell you there is a good moment to open this position and after 30 min you are losing it all your money. Y??? Because they will ask you to open 2 trades and both will be loosing and you will have no enough money on your account or how they call it MARGIN, so the trades will be automatically closed.
7. Once you lost all your money no one will call you, even the online chat will not work anymore. Because there are no options to call your account manager, the only option to send messages to an online agent.
My first account manager was MAX and he was so rude and not responding at all, the second one who should help me to recover from the first loss was Steven, he was calling once I need it, till he saw they I won’t be able to add more money.

Wow, seems this is one of the biggest fraud online trading company. I got a call today too and convinced me to join right now with her guidance. For some reason, I told, I need to research more info about this company before I invest as I’ve had past experience of losing our family’s only reserve to a financial company 11 years back. I got this link from an advertisement site, which doesn’t look legitimate at all. Thank you guys for saving the future investors.

I was really suspicious because they are pushing you to do things that your not sure about. Automated trading by there own robot system how is that possible! seemingly a scam fraud online trading asking your bank account details!

I’ve been scammed by Microsoft $250
I too scammed by markets-soft for the initial amount 250$. The account manager fraudster name is Berry and I don’t think this is his real name. I lost my money in just 15 minutes trading. In 15 minutes, berry forced me to deposit more money. He put me in suspicious and I escaped. However, I had lost 250$ for nothing.
Account Manager of markets-soft named ALEN CLARK is a huge Fraudster. He thug innocent clients and vanished. There is another person named Berry, who is also a big liar and cheater.
Markets soft is a bunch of fraudsters and lawyers, pls avoid dealing with them otherwise I warn you that your all monies will go into the wind and never come back.
Be careful.I also lost money. My card was blockt by the provider. Said that it is fake comapany in russia. My acount manager was Hanna Taylor and a guy named Allan Clark.My advice. Dont with this company.
