I just received this from [email protected] offereing to purchase shares from me in a company called Oasis Resorts International.
Can you tell me if this is a scam?

THIS PAYOUT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this October 24, 2019, by and between:
Rakuten Global Ventures, Inc., a Japanese corporation with offices at Wise Next Shin Yokohama, 2-5-14 Shnyokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa-ken, Yokohama, 222-0033, Japan (the “Company”);
– and –
Mr. Bernie Pack an individual of legal age and a resident of Australia (the “Seller”).
WHEREAS, the Seller confirms that the Company has made a full disclosure for the intention to purchase the Seller’s 30,000 shares of Oasis Resorts International, Inc. at a price of USD $3.75 per share as defined in Exhibit A of the Securities Acquisition Agreement.
I got exactly the same securities agreement and payout settlement this month from Rakuten Global Ventures in Japen offering to buy my shares at $3.25. Could you please advise..

Obvous thsi sino legit but what is the scam?
I had an offer (by phone followed up with email) to buy my 10,000 shares in a company called ExecuNet, which I have never heard of. Funnily enough, the contact was a John Davis – the same name as your replier on Nov 21st at 5.30 shown above!
Don’t understand how they expect to make money, unless it’s from acquiring my ID.
