Been trading with them for about a month until recently. I was using an EA With them and they were manually closing my positions and I was negative. when I told them that they said it was my ea automatically doing it. robot cannot Manually close trades only me or the broker. It’s only way to close trades it by the automatic stop loss(highlighted red) and take profit(highlighted green) the manual trades are closed without a color and I wasn’t manually closing them b/c I let the robot run. They talk very nicely/politely when it comes customer support but they are wolfs in sheep’s clothing DoNt trust them!!!
I was recently scammed as well. I opened a trade and while watching it their server froze, FXTM broker & ICC broker was working as I used it to look at the charts & my trade was in good profits. I emailed the support 24/7 team and was no response for 4 hours. I also could not log on to my Hugosway account then miraculously it started working again without me doing anything & when I checked the trade it had closed with a loss of $357usd, half an hour before it was up and running again. Then I was able to get through to someone when I finally got on to my Hugosway account they logged the complaint and the response was we cannot reimburse you as we saw no issues on our end.
