I was told that I would be able to invest in a plan (amateur) which you invest 1,000-5,000 I suspected something was wrong so I contact support on the website (equittrade) and asked how many times I could do a reinvestment before I could withdraw and they told me after 4. I proceeded to invest and after I invest I would try to withdraw and my funds got refunded back to the broker, after the last investment (4th) I tried to withdraw and they told me I needed to add 5,000 and reinvest again before I could withdraw my funds. I spoke with support and they told me a different story “ You’ve been directed on what to do” “The market is volatile and we’re not allowing investors to withdraw” so I asked “When will be able to?” They have not responded to my emails/ support messages. They have done this to several other investors that I know. Ranging from 2,000-6,000
