What is UFX?
UFX is an unregulated broker platform similar to Garant Market, which we reviewed earlier. Problem with unregulated brokers is that they are not reliable and abuse the regulations. Make sure to stay away from them as they are anonymous and that they can disappear any time without notice. Companies providing online brokerage services without a license cannot provide their clients with any sort of protection.
UFX Regulation
They are unregulated and most likely totally illegal, which ultimately means that your funds will be in danger if you deposit! So, yet again, there is another reason to stay away from them!
As there is no regulation, the people running the platform can pocket your money while bearing no responsibility for their criminal actions. They can disappear any time without notice. Companies providing online investment services without a license cannot provide their clients with any sort of protection. In contrast, regulated firms are required by law to adhere to a slew of regulations that ensure the safety of client’s funds. The story started at21 aug 2019. I saw this ad on Facebook,I signed in just to see what it was all about but then did nothing further.then,so many calls from Jad Jabreen,UFX employee who convinced me to open an account on UFX.then Ghinwa Kasem another employee in UFX called and told me not to worry about losing my money in UFX and I told her I know nothing on forex but she told me they will assist me and will assign an account manager named Amir Hassan and he will do everything instead of you to win money.They swore that deals will be done at very low risk.they did not train me at all and did offer to train me .they made me to deposit an initial $6600 USD and Amir did for me some deals which showed profits just to trust them and he did an initial withdrawals for $25 usd to trust them more.but when I tried to withdraw my money because I read that UFX is a scam they refused and did many call to convince me that this is not true and a senior Employee named Fakher Barakat called me and swore that this is not true and that their competitors are doing this rumors.he convinced me to transfer $60000 to them through the Caj Capital account in commercial bank of Dubai and for 3 days he did a profit of 10 thousand USD $ by doing many deals in one day.then he did a very big and bad deals on oil and NZD/FCH although I told him that it is risky and he assured me and said,don’t worry we are safe.then suddenly my account showed profit loss and he put my account into Hedge . I didn’t even know what that even meant and asked him and he told me that next week you will make $60000usd and just we need to find right exit points blar blast blaa . Now they will stole my money and will need more money .

UFX is a scam !
The same happened to me they keep pressuring you to add funds to get advantage of historical events in the market, I doubled my capital and once I decided just to withdraw 5 thousand dollars, their coach Dr. Amir Yousef ( all their coaches are doctors in crime) called me the next morning and insisted that I get into two deals with high volume saying that they sure, I told him that this would threaten the account if things go wrong, but he said don’t worry, off course the deals went south, but we’re not enough to get me out of the market, so I wanted to close positions and get back part of my money, so he said never close a position the market will turn around by the next day and gave me a third deal to get some money to support the margin, and that was it, I went from 53k to zero in the same night. They are professional in scamming and I believe we can’t get back at them because we‘ve done the deals by our own decision, I’m writing this so whoever reads it take caution.
I had a call from Josh from UFX who sounded very well read in the trading market. I had heard how you can make money in things like bitcoin and I was prepared to put a small investment of £190 in but then I was told that the lowest amount is £350. We chatted for quite a while and he guided me through their web site which looks very professional.
It wasn’t until I said that I needed to speak to my wife who is very much in the know that the phone line went dead.
He had arranged to call me back this Friday but we’ll see. I’ll be ready for him.
This is as close to a scam as you can get. Totally unregulated .
They told me that oil and gold will be traded and bought and sold in small amounts, and then the amount was seized and taken from the balance and I tried to contact several times and I did not receive any response any explanation and I think they are doing this way and the deposited amounts are not traded but rather it is a way To defraud people as it happened with me
The story started at end of Nov 2019.
I just read about the app in pop up ads. in Instagram,
I might had downloaded or clicked on some link just to see what it was all about
They started calling me on daily basis to convince me how it is easy to be a millionaire specially this is the best timing in decades before new year 2020 and that’s relating to world situation for Gold/ Oil and other products and how I can secure the future of my kids by 1 month trading.
During all this time , they told me that I don’t have to learn anything by myself as an account manager will be dedicated to me and he/she will be very highly professional expert in economic / financial and trading skills.
They asked me to follow her instructions blindly and don’t worry, I will be in good hands.
I started with 1000 USD then by small wins , they convinced me that I need big deposit so I will be eligible to enter the big trading chances that will change my life we reached to 20K USD then another 30 K USD then 10K and finally 10K
Every time the trend goes against what we had traded , No Body calls you , No Body replies to your calls or even emails , until trades closed on VERY BIG LOSS
Every time I needed advise or support , no one was there for me
And the trades closes on loss by the system.
The last 2 times I deposited 10K they convinced me even we had made huge unexpected loss , but the big bang still didn’t come and by 10K we can save our chances and make similar profits as promised before.
They just allowed me to withdraw 1218 USD profits for the 1st week to show their goodwill and to win my trust.
Then after every few days won trades , I tried to withdraw some part of the profit , the advised me not to do it and to cancel the transaction because we need to put the biggest amount of money in our Life Dream Investment.
They are well trained staff on cheating and in convincing people as I am highly educated and heard allot of similar situations + usually I am very careful when it comes in investing money but they convince you that there are some other bad companies who gave the market very bad image because of their untrusted business.

how they cheat either by
1 — Not returning money
2 — by closing accounts n not responding calls
3— By cheating in decreasing the trades to show that its sale price is reduced n holder has not enough money to cover loss.
Pl advise
They’re experts in playing with your mind. They convince you to deposit money. They try to gain your trust and eventually you feel you have a huge potential to make money with their support if you deposit more. You eventually end up in losing heavily. My suggestion is trade on your own and do not entertain their calls.
I have been doing that and seems to be working out well. Be a self trader and invest wisely in small amounts. If you become greedy you will lose substantially.
